Welcome to Ty Gwyn - a charming Grade II listed period home just a few minutes stroll from the centre of Crickhowell with its excellent choice of pubs, inns and restaurants.

Ty Gwyn, Welsh for White House, was built in the late 18th century. Reputedly the home for a while of the Regency Architect John Nash, Ty Gwyn retains a number of its original features and boasts large spacious rooms - all ensuite and recently refurbished to a high standard.

Crickhowell is a great base for exploring the Brecon Beacons whether it's for walking, cycling, pony trekking or fishing.
At Ty Gwyn we offer safe storage for bikes and drying facilities for those - rare - wet days...

If you are stuck for ideas on what to do, then Sue would be pleased to make some suggestions. As a local and a qualified Guide, Sue knows the area intimately.
