A stone barn converted to provide high quality accommodation for individuals and groups on a working farm adjacent to Brechfa Forest, South Wales.

On our doorstep are circular walks through farmland and Brechfa Forest. Mountain Bike trails and some of the best fishing rivers in the UK. We are a short drive from the Brecon Beacons, Cambrian Mountains or the award winning 7 mile long beach, Cefn Sidan Sands. The longest beach in Wales.

Sleeps upto 32 in 7 bedrooms with a large lounge, kitchen, dining room, drying room and bike wash/lockable storage. There is a virtual tour on our website website link so that you can look in detail at the layout and size of each room.

Like all the rooms, our lounge 37 foot by 17 foot lounge benfits from underfloor heating. But we have a range of settees near the log fire for cosy nights in with a glass of wine.

Or you are welcome to move all the furniture to the outside of the room and party into the night. Thanks to the solid walls, double glazing and no nearby neighbours you don't have to worry about disturbing others.

There is a football table, chess board, selection of card and board games and TV, Video, and CD player as well as a selection of books if you just want to chill out.

The fully equiped kitchen includes 2 cookers as well as microwaves, kettles and toasters.

We can provide catering as well, ranging from leaving a casserole bubbling in a slow cooker so that you have a hot meal on arrival. To providing a full cooked breakfast.

The adjoining dining room has a selection of 4 tables and is large enough for all of the guests to sit down to a meal at the same time.

There are 7 bedrooms in the barn containing a total of 10 double and 12 single beds. Some of the bedrooms contain bunkbeds, others do not.

All of the beds are made up with a bottom sheet and pillows, guests can either bring their own sleeping bag or duvet or hire duvets from us.

All of the downstairs of the building and the garden is accessable to wheelchair users. One of our bedrooms is downstairs. We also have a downstairs wet room style shower room and toilet specifically designed for wheelchair users.

We have a large drying room, and bike washdown area. A space is set aside in another building as an extra bike store.

Dogs are welcome, but must be on a lead at all times when outside the building, including the car park. This is a working farm with sheep and horses in fields around the barn. We also have an elderly cat who lives in the haybarn but likes to snooze in spots around the car park.

Easy access from M4 - Just 1hr 20 min from Cardiff or 2 hours from Bristol
